My address won't load or the world looks empty.

The game builds its world from OpenStreetMap data, so it needs an internet connection the first time you visit a location. If a location fails to load, check your connection and try again. Very remote areas may have little map data — try a nearby town.

I bought a rider skin but don't have it.

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Tap Menu → Restore Purchases in the game. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.

The game runs slowly on my device.

Dense city centers are the heaviest areas. Make sure you're on a recent iOS version and close background apps. If a specific location performs badly, send us the address — it helps us optimize.

How do I request a refund?

Purchase refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
